We are bringing to life a unique and exciting project in Sweden—a café and bakery whose architecture is inspired by the rich history of Tungelsta. The area`s historic laundries and greenhouses have played a significant role in shaping the local heritage, a legacy that is thoughtfully woven into the building’s design.
A standout feature of the structure is its glass surfaces, both on the walls and roof, creating a greenhouse-like ambiance while seamlessly integrating with the traditional wooden architecture. One of the most challenging aspects was constructing the #glulam load-bearing structures. However, thanks to the precision and expertise of Timbeco’s designers, the installation process turned into a fascinating and meticulous feat of engineering. #prefab #elementbuilding #offsiteconstruction
