A landmark industrial renovation project is kicking off in Mustamäe, Tallinn! 🏙️
In partnership with general contractor #Everster OÜ and with TalTech’s involvement through #SoftAcademy, Timbeco is taking on a unique challenge – the renovation of four apartment buildings executed as one unified workflow, treating the entire site as a single large-scale project rather than four separate ones.
Project highlights:
◾ Timbeco’s role: design, production, and installation of insulated wall and roof elements for all four buildings
◾New elevators in two of the buildings to improve accessibility and comfort
◾SoftAcademy: applying the principles of the European New Bauhaus – inclusive, beautiful, and sustainable design
The pilot project aims to develop a complete renovation service package and standardized outdoor space solutions for apartment buildings, encouraging neighborhood-wide renewal and triggering a broader wave of renovations in Mustamäe.
