Prefab inserted ceiling elements
We manufacture high-quality prefab timber frame inserted ceiling elements based on the client’s design. We also provide installation of inserted ceiling elements, if needed.

POSSIBILITIES OF MANUFACTURING INSERTED CEILING ELEMENTS
In addition to wooden structures, we also use laminated beams to manufacture ceiling elements. The use of laminated beams allows making inserted ceiling elements with longer spans of up to 15 meters.
Using I-beams gives the inserted ceiling elements a better U-value because the inserted ceiling element will fit more insulation than a wooden frame. The use of I-beams also makes the inserted ceiling element lighter. Unlike in the case of an inserted ceiling element with an ordinary frame, I-beams may be provided with vents which will make the installation of vent pipes easier.
Inserted ceiling elements may be provided with vent feedthroughs.
The wooden structure of the inserted ceiling element is protected from fire by rockwool. If needed, a metal mesh may be installed in the inserted ceiling element at the factory. The metal mesh will keep the insulation in place and protect the structure from catching fire even if the fire has gotten through the building boards.
Ceiling finishing can be installed on the inserted ceiling elements at the factory only if there is no need to install electrical wiring in the ceiling. The ceiling finishing installed at the factory may be of plaster board, another building board or a timber lining.
Installation of acoustic battens
In order to improve the soundproofness of the inserted ceiling element, we can install a special acoustic batten made of metal in the element.
Installation of acoustic isolation strip
In order to improve the soundproofness of the inserted ceiling element, we can install a special acoustic isolation strips made of rubber to the element.
Laminated veneer lumber
We also make inserted ceiling elements from LVL. Using laminated veneer lumber allows making inserted ceiling elements with longer spans of up to 15 meters.
Increasing fire resistance with building boards
In order to achieve the fire resistance required in the design, building boards (plaster, fiberboard and other fire resistant building boards) are attached to the inserted ceiling elements.
Long span solutions
Just like in the case of roof elements, we use laminated or laminated veneer lumber beams for making inserted ceiling elements with long spans (up to 15 m).
