Before Midsummer, Timbeco reached an important milestone by signing three product supply agreements for factory-built renovation panels and one installation agreement in Lithuania. These contracts mark our official entry into the Lithuanian market and will contribute to the country’s first apartment buildings renovated using factory-built façade elements.
Just like in Estonia, energy-efficient renovation of apartment buildings is supported by the Lithuanian government. This creates a strong foundation for industrialized renovation solutions, and we see significant growth potential for factory-built renovation panels in the coming years.
The First Projects in Lithuania
Under the signed agreements, Timbeco will manufacture renovation panels for three apartment buildings located in Vilnius and Kretinga.
Production is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026 and the first quarter of 2027, with installation beginning in the first quarter of 2027.
Strong Local Partnerships
Our local partner, Skydo renovacija, UAB, will serve as the official distributor of Timbeco’s renovation solutions in Lithuania. The company connects local clients and contractors with Timbeco while helping identify new projects and business opportunities.
Our first main installation partner is Inžinerijos servisas, UAB, with whom we have signed the installation agreement.
A Milestone Achieved Together
Our cooperation with Lithuanian partners began in September 2025. After months of discussions, preparation, and close collaboration, we successfully signed our first agreements this summer.
This marks an important step for Timbeco and for the further development of factory-built renovation across the Baltic region.
