Strandleben-elementhouse

Timbeco has signed a construction contract for the development of a new residential and holiday home project in Germany. Strandleben is a distinctive development located on the Baltic Sea coast, combining high-quality architecture, thoughtful planning, and sustainable construction solutions.

In the first phase of the project, 29 factory-produced timber element houses will be built. The full development includes a total of 40 homes across six different house types. All buildings will be manufactured as prefabricated timber elements in a factory environment, ensuring consistent quality, a faster construction process, and a lower environmental impact.

What makes Strandleben unique is its exceptional seaside location and holistic architectural vision. The project intentionally combines 10 permanent residences and 30 holiday homes to create a vibrant and balanced community that remains active year-round – even outside the peak holiday season.

The architectural concept has been developed by agmm Architekten + Stadtplaner, with a strong focus on high-quality spatial design and modern living environments.
