The Akadeemia tee reconstruction project has reached an important stage — the installation of factory-built roof elements together with the top floor wall elements. This solution significantly accelerates the construction process while ensuring high quality throughout the installation phase.
The roof elements are fully manufactured in the factory and delivered to the construction site with a pre-installed Protan roofing membrane. This reduces the amount of work required on site and enables faster and more precise installation, even in challenging weather conditions.
On site, the roofing membrane seams are welded together to ensure a durable and weather-tight roofing solution. This approach combines the high quality of factory-produced elements with professional on-site finishing.
The use of prefabricated roof and wall elements improves construction efficiency, reduces on-site risks, and ensures a high-quality final result.
