This week marked the start of installation works for a factory-based renovation project of two apartment buildings in Iisaku, located at Tartu mnt 52 and R. T. Hanseni. The Timbeco team is now on site, and the project is moving forward at a strong pace 💪

In this project, Timbeco is responsible for the design, off-site production, and on-site installation of prefabricated façade elements. The main contractor is Revin Grupp.
Factory-based renovation enables faster, more precise construction with significantly less disruption to residents. In addition, on-site installation time is considerably reduced, making the entire process more efficient and sustainable.
