Timbeco Woodhouse has started preparations for applying for the Ü-Mark (Ü-Zeichen) certification, an important quality and compliance mark for the German construction market. The certification is recognized in Germany as proof that construction products comply with local technical standards and building regulations.
The Ü-Mark is particularly relevant for construction products and solutions that are not fully covered by the harmonized European CE marking system and therefore require additional compliance verification for use in Germany. The certification helps demonstrate product quality, safety, and suitability for German construction projects.
For Timbeco, applying for the Ü-Mark certification is the next important step in strengthening our international export capabilities and expanding our position in the German market. We see Germany as a strategic target market where demand for high-quality and sustainable timber construction solutions continues to grow.
The Ü-Mark certification process includes product testing, quality control, and evaluation of production conformity by an independent certification body. Achieving this certification will provide our clients and partners with additional confidence in the quality and reliability of Timbeco’s timber construction solutions.
