The Timbeco facade element project for a block of new residential buildings in Espoo, Finland has ended successfully. The enterprise manufactured a total of 2,500 m2 of wall and facade elements for 15 buildings.
A contract between the client and Timbeco Woodhouse OÜ was entered into in March of this year. Under the contract, Timbeco Woodhouse undertook to deliver timber facade elements for 10 terraced houses with concrete structures and wall elements for 5 auxiliary buildings. The term of the contract was September 2012.
“The site manager was pleased that Timbeco’s drawings had the highest quality on the entire construction site, there were no offsets in the project, and all the elements fit their places perfectly. The client was especially happy with the much earlier completion of the wall elements – they were ready three weeks before the term established in the contract,” said Tõnis Vaiksaar, the sales manager of Timbeco Woodhouse.
The block of new residential buildings in Espoo as a whole will be completed in March 2013.
