Timbeco designed, manufactured and installed prefabricated timber façade elements for two apartment buildings at Tartu mnt 52 and R. T. Hanseni 9 in Iisaku, Estonia. Revin Grupp OÜ served as the main contractor for both renovation projects.

Faster Renovation with Prefabricated Façade Elements

The use of prefabricated façade elements allowed a significant part of the construction work to be completed in a controlled factory environment. The finished elements were delivered to the construction site ready for installation.

Compared with conventional on-site renovation, this approach helped shorten the installation period, improve construction quality and reduce disruption for residents.

The new façade elements improve the energy performance and appearance of the apartment buildings while helping to extend their service life.
