Wooden element semi-detached houses in Estonia

Timbeco Ehitus OÜ built 8 semi-detached houses in Rae municipality, Järveküla residential district. Over the years, with a long-term partner, terraced houses with a similar appearance to the Käokella residential area have been built, with apartments for a total of more than 150 families.

Completion of house boxes: facade covered with lining board and roof trusses installed. All interior finishing works and the installation of opening fillings were carried out on site at the site.

Apartment sizes: 5-room, 140.7 m2
