With an ETA, manufacturers can issue a Declaration of Performance and affix the CE mark, signifying compliance with European regulations. This certification allows construction products to be legally placed on the market and freely traded within the EU’s single market, ensuring reliability, safety, and quality across borders.

ISO CERTIFICATES
At Timbeco, continuous improvement is at the core of our operations. We follow ISO 9001 to ensure a high-quality management system, guaranteeing that we meet customer expectations with consistency and reliability.
Sustainability is equally important to us. With ISO 14001, we actively manage our environmental impact—optimizing resource use, reducing emissions, and implementing eco-friendly technologies to promote a greener future.
Workplace safety is a top priority. Our ISO 45001 certification ensures a structured and proactive approach to occupational health and safety, minimizing risks and fostering a secure working environment for our team.
In early 2022, Timbeco’s innovative building system received technical approval TG 20710 from the Norwegian Building Research Institute (Sintef Buildings and Infrastructure). This certification confirms that our element and modular construction system—encompassing design, manufacturing, and construction solutions—meets the Norwegian Building Code and is approved for use in Norway.
The approval applies to buildings up to four stories and verifies compliance in key areas such as load capacity, energy efficiency, sound insulation, fire resistance, wet room performance, and environmental impact. This recognition reinforces Timbeco’s commitment to high-quality, sustainable, and regulation-compliant construction solutions.
The European Technical Assessment (ETA) is an official certification that confirms a construction product's performance based on its key characteristics. Along with harmonized standards, ETAs create a universal technical language within the construction industry, ensuring clarity and consistency across all stakeholders.
