Modular terraced houses in Helsinki

The offsite-construction sector has been challenging since the Covid-19 period. At the same time, all projects have been completed on time and there have been no major failures in erecting prefab buildings.
Timbeco designed, manufactured and erected energy-efficient 2-row houses with a modular solution in Helsinki. The modules (size 45 m2) were produced in the shape of a trapezoid. This allowed the facade of the building to have a semicircular shape.
