Terraced houses and apartment buildings in Sweden

Timbeco built 8 terraced and apartment buildings made of wooden elements in the town of Gustavsberg near Stockholm. The goal of the Trädgarden development project was to transform the city area known for its historical ceramics industry into a greener and more human-friendly living environment. The apartments on the first floor are equipped with spacious terraces, and the apartments on the higher floors have balconies.
The new terraced and apartment buildings are built on top of the old underground parking building. Factory-made wooden elements were used in the construction of the buildings. The plastered finishing of the exterior facade was carried out on site. As an interesting detail, we can add that white ceramic tiles were used for finishing around the front doors.
The building was completed at the beginning of 2023.
