The Timbeco team designed, manufactured, and installed prefabricated façade elements for the Bodø360 building, a hybrid-structure high-rise located in the heart of Bodø, Norway. Standing at 14 stories, Bodø360 is the tallest building in the city and has already become a new landmark.
The building houses commercial and office spaces on the lower floors, while the upper levels feature 58 apartments, all offering stunning city views. Apartments are designed with high ceilings and large windows, creating bright, open living spaces. The rooftop includes a green garden with playgrounds, seating areas, and shelters.

Building Highlights:
The lower-level rooftop terrace has been transformed into a recreational area, featuring grass-covered playgrounds and sheltered seating areas.
Bodø360 is the first building in Northern Norway equipped with a multipark automated parking system. Cars are parked via a robotic system, maximizing space efficiency and providing a convenient, time-saving solution for residents.
Factory Scope:
The client commissioned Timbeco to design, produce, and install all structural connections and insulated façade elements. Prefabricated openings were manufactured in Timbeco’s factory, while the façade cladding was installed on-site. The installation of timber elements took a total of 12 weeks.
Technical Solution:
The architectural design was provided by the client, while Timbeco’s design team developed the technical solutions and layered construction for each façade element.
