Timber frame wall element design and production
Timbeco was responsible for the design and factory production of the interior and exterior timber wall elements for the residential hybrid timber building in Berlin. The installation on site was carried out by the client’s construction team. The main load-bearing structure of the building is constructed using CLT and GLVL elements, providing a robust, sustainable and quickly installable solution.
The project meets the high energy-efficiency requirements of KfW Effizienzhaus 40 EE QNG+, ensuring low energy consumption, improved indoor air quality and a more sustainable living environment.
