Wooden element semi-detached houses in Estonia

Timbeco’s team designed, produced and erected terraced houses in Kiili. A total of 6 house parts were completed. The townhouses have an A energy label – each house has its own solar panels, ventilation with heat recovery and geothermal heating. There is a playground built between the properties and a gathering place with benches.
