Wooden element semi-detached houses in Estonia

The Timbeco team designed and produced semi-detached houses from wooden elements in Uuesalu. In total, we built new homes for eight families. The six semi-detached houses erected are built as single-storey buildings, but there is an option to expand the living spaces to the second floor as well.

All exterior and interior finishing works were carried out on site. The buildings are equipped with a heat pump and heat recovery ventilation. The buildings have been issued an A energy class.
