Wooden element apartment buildings in Saku, Estonia

The Timbeco team designed, produced and erected wooden element apartment buildings in Saku as a turnkey solution. There are a total of 12 apartments in the apartment buildings. The apartments use water-based underfloor heating, the temperature of which can be adjusted separately from all rooms. Apartment buildings are equipped with district heating.
