The factory handles the majority of tasks, including interior and exterior finishing, electricity, water supply, and the installation of kitchen furniture, sanitary equipment, and a sauna heater. This streamlined process not only proves cost-effective but also accelerates construction timelines.
Internally, the buildings emanate warmth and brightness, utilizing wood-based materials with a minimal carbon footprint. With a ceiling height of 270 cm and floor-to-ceiling windows, the interiors are designed for spaciousness, offering a panoramic view. These standard modular buildings are well-suited for accommodation services.
Timbeco offers two modular building sizes (75, and 103m2). The 103m2 option provides flexibility, allowing the construction of a bedroom instead of a sauna, transforming the building into a luxurious 4-bedroom villa. This adaptability ensures tailored solutions for various customer preferences.
