Wooden element terraced house in Estonia

Timbeco’s team designed, manufactured and built a turnkey wooden house in Pirita. The terraced house has a total of 8 apartments, and the building is located on a 5271 m² private property. Both floors have water floor heating, the temperature of which can be regulated separately from all rooms. Each part of the house is supplied with heat from a common heating unit to be built in the common technical room. The heat source is an air-to-water heat pump.
