Company structure

Timbeco is a wooden house manufacturer with a history of 31 years, which brings together several successful companies:

Timbeco Woodhouse OÜ – production and sale of prefabricated and modular buildings in export markets
Timbeco Woodmill OÜ – production and sale of milled log houses in export markets
Timbeco Ehitus OÜ – sale and construction of prefabricated buildings in Estonia
Timbeco Construction OÜ – erection of prefabricated and modular buildings in export markets
Timbeco Group OÜ – a company engaged in the management of production real estate

More than 140 people work in various Timbeco companies, and the office and production unit are located in Tõdva, Saku municipality.

All Timbeco companies are separate legal entities. Timbeco companies do not form a group in the legal sense, and there are no other links between subsidiaries and affiliates. Each Timbeco company must be considered independently and separately.
