Timbeco Woodhouse established the construction company called Timbeco Norge AS in Norway. The company will install and mount prefabricated timber frame elements manufactured by Timbeco.
Siim Leisalu, CEO of Timbeco Woodhouse, said that until now, Norwegian objects used the services of the Estonian subsidiary Timbeco Ehitus OÜ as well as local cooperation partners to install prefab timber frame elements. Today, the projects have grown in volume. We needed a professional team that would be up to date with even the most specific requirements of the market and who to grow with. In addition, we can use our company to draw more attention to occupational safety on construction sites. Timbeco Ehitus focuses on construction works on the Estonian market.
Timbeco Norge AS will be managed by Rait Ruts, who has worked in the Norwegian construction scene for 10 years and is fluent in both Norwegian and Swedish. For the Norwegian clients, the biggest change is that from now on, the clients can communicate in their mother tongues on the construction site. However, we believe that our construction company will also give us a competitive edge in both the price and quality of construction offered to clients.
As at today, Timbeco Norge is working on four projects in the areas of Stavanger and Trondheim.
